We enjoyed staying here and definitely coming here again. Personable staff & cosy location, everything was very easy. A fantastic beach, excellent view. Besides, it was at a moderate distance from downtown, that worked for us.

No words to describe how I enjoyed staff and food. Location just next door to the centre of Palma, wonderful restaurants and shopping. My room included an iron, an electronic key card and a writing table.

It was reasonably clean and the staff were very proffesional, beds were really nice. Delicious breakfast, excellent service. Lovely pool to relax in too.

No complaints, the hotel was exceptional. Location was isolated, rooms were appropriate and I loved always cheerful staff. The staff did all they can for a fun stay. The breakfast had lots of good options, and was varied. It was minutes away from Palma de Mallorca downtown.

Absolutely outstanding staff and normal double room. Wonderful view, a nice balcony, good bed, too. That was cheery hotel set in safe area. Again, the venue was just a short stroll away from plaza espana. The restaurant had tasty food. The service was friendly in that hotel.

Well decorated, pretty spacious room with parking just nearby. Really comfortable beds, a minibar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a laptop-size safe were a nice touch...

Prime location, the staff was very kind, also beds were comfortable enough. Room was clean, tastefully decorated and included a mini-bar, satellite TV and a writing table. The staff made my stay such wonderful. Please, send my best to manager.

we enjoyed staying at gloria de sant jaume. regards to your receptionist. junior suite had everything we needed. old town district is worth seeing. there is a terrific restaurant only a short distance to hotel.
